Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party you designate, receive the goods.

Log in to your account, select the order, and follow the cancellation or return steps. You will receive an automatic confirmation email.

Email yana@rosetulips.com stating your name and order number, or use the model form below. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email without delay.
Refunds
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We refund using the same means of payment you used, at no fee to you. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them.
Returning the goods
Please return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Exception for opened products
For reasons of health protection and hygiene, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed food products, including our teas and honey, once the seal has been opened. Unopened products in their original sealed packaging can always be returned within the withdrawal period.
